The Well of Nashville is a church just north of Nashville where people come to wait on the Lord — a seamless flow of worship, prayer, the Word and spontaneous song. Sundays at 10:30 AM and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM, in the room or on the stream.

That’s the whole requirement.
There’s no routine, no schedule, no dress code. Some people come to worship. Some come for a word. Some come because life has been loud and they need somewhere to be still and know that He is God.
The Well began in Carl and Leann Albrecht’s living room in the autumn of 2007, moved to a friend’s home, then a storefront near Opryland, and now meets weekly just north of Metro Nashville. No two meetings are the same, because the only agenda is a personal encounter with Jesus.
A gathering, roughly
Four things happen here.

Worship, and plenty of it
Carl and Leann have spent three decades in the modern worship movement. Here it isn’t a warm-up act — it’s most of the evening, and it goes where it goes.

The Word, taught plainly
Scripture opened and applied, sometimes by Carl or Leann, often by a guest the Lord sends.
- 03
Prayer, for whoever wants it
An intercessory team that actually prays with people, not at them. Come forward or stay in your seat — both are fine.

Spontaneous song
The part that never makes it onto a run sheet. It’s the reason a lot of people drive across Middle Tennessee to be in the room.
